A Bit About The Collection
This collection aims to breathe life into our emotions and all that is unseen.
It is inspired by my personal experience of grief and the exploration of how emotions manifest in the body. Developing these paintings gave me permission to express uncomfortable emotions that may be hidden from others and, at times, even from ourselves unconsciously.
I spent years feeling disconnected from myself after experiencing a significant loss of a loved one. However, through the creation of this collection, I reconnected with my body and learned to flow and express my feelings. With each piece I create, I delve into its meaning, carefully considering how it makes me feel, and bravely sharing parts of myself with the world.
I hope that by learning about my story, it also help you.
